Scouts and guides is part of the National Curriculum up to and including Mathayom (secondary) 3.  All Thai children, at Private or State schools are in it.

My daughters school had a nonuniform day today. Go figure.

Primary school, grade four in Korat provence.

I prefer the uniform edict but not the para military style as they are a pain to iron.
