    Do NOT leave, that is what they are trying to force on her to avoid paying severance pay.  Don't accept the pay cut and go to the labor office, they will help for free. No need to hire a lawyer.

    Update: 2 different HR people sent conciliatory emails.

     

    She will reply in a similar fashion to attempt to "de-escalate".

     

    Let's see what happens later this week when staff are back at work.
