Can you comment on how your surgery went and did you get the anterior procedure? Do you mind sharing what hospital you went to and the surgeon's name? What was the total cost? Thanks so much. Hopefully I'll be that lucky but doubt I will be. Did you experience much swelling or pain from the surgery? My femur was broken in a motorcycle accident. The K-nail is placed inside the bone to hold it together while the bone mends. After the bone heals fully, you don't feel it at all.
