Hoping no-one was observing the live screens?

1 of 4 suspects arrested after a tip-off from the public = Standard Operating Procedure for Pattaya Plod.

'they had done this about four times before.' and no-one at the police centre noticed that the screens were blank.

They must have satellite in the station.
