RichardColeman
Be far better off donating some bags for them to fill with Libyan sand - £30,000 is a bit of an insult really. You can also bet this handout comes with a million tourist brochures
Srikcir
Did Thailand donate for flood recovery in Ukraine when allegedly the Russian military blew up the Kakhovka dam? It did recently for Turkey's flash flood in Ankara.

freeworld
NATO, the ICC and UN should be paying reparations and upgrading the dams and infrastructure and restoring the flood management systems they destroyed due to their military adventures in Libya all those years ago. Middle Aged Grouch
Considering the billions the world is handing out to highly corrupt Ukraine, this amount given for the civilian victims in Libya is an insult.
