During ww2 we had a big mouth congress man named Andrew May he flapped his yap about our( boat’s )capabilities  they were sitting under the death charge attacks his mouth cost us at least 3 boats and 200 submariners god only knows what trumps really done through carelessness or for profit

The Court has gone further and has now issued an Order instructing Trump and his business partners from moving funds

or establishing new businesses within NY State without  reporting to the Court.

 

The judge has also demanded an account of Trump’s NY Businesses, their assets and the names of any co-owners.

It is true, as Judge Engoron stated, that the Trump team did not try to assert a right to a jury trial under N.Y. CPLR 4102. It is also true, however, that being awarded a jury trial would have been much more complicated than simply "checking a box."
