Popular Post Observee
my neighbours house is about 14 meters high. His boundary wall is 2.80 in height. From his second floor he is still permanently looking into our property. Here is the question, can we close the gap from 2.80m to 5.0 m to get back our privacy and block his sight and spying on us every time we are outdoors in our garden. Which law which rules tell you more and where to find them ? Thank you for your support. 1
Popular Post VocalNeal
Local Amphur ordnances probably dictate a maximum or 3m hence your 2.8m. You might get away with a taller privacy screen secured to your side of the wall. Go to the Amphur office with a plan and request permission. If that doesn't work come back from your wall, say, 1m and erect a 5m sail like structure. Oops sorry, sun screen???? Popular Post KhunLA
You could just stop looking in their windows to see if they're watching. Or wave hi, and invite them over for a chat, get to know them. May even become friends, and you won't be so mysterious to them that they need to gaze your way anymore. Though they may not be friendly, and simply ask you to stop looking in their windows for them. Edited October 17, 2023 by KhunLA 2 1
Popular Post chuang
Extend your house to 28 meters high...or build a new one.. your neighbor has the right to look wherever he wants. You are being paranoid. I am sure you have nothing to hide. 4 1
Chris Daley
There are some options like a net, or plastic screen. Some people just bolt on metal sheeting. If they ask say you have cats and you don't want the cat to climb out. These villages are fill of very bored Karens. 1

brianthainess
Check this out, in the foreground, my neighbor's and I have never even seen his house. But blocking light to a neighbor could cause a problem. You also don't mention how close the properties are or size of garden.
The Theory
We had a steel old fence between. Recently we build 10m, 2m high wall. Then I added 1.5m fence on the top of wall for blocking sound and smokers from next apartment. I used 4m, 1" insulated steel roof sheets for sound the rest not insulated. I did all steel work by myself. 1

Now more beautiful than ever before , full of yellow flowers . Tong Ulai is very resistant and does not need a lot of water .
