Don't know how true this is, but I was recently told by someone that Sky (UK Satellite provider) will be changing their security procedures to access their boxes, and this could stop, either temporarily or permanently any IPTV company using their channels.

Same old heresy that's been around for years.   I'll deal with it as and when and IF it happens.

I've use Wizz for a few years now after using HD Prime for a couple of years. Wizz seems to be cheaper for a yearly subscription but what's the point in them having all the channels listed where a large majority of them simply don't work or buffer badly.  Initially their responses to enquiries were polite and timely as are my enquiries - always, but recently they are abrupt and abusive and it's always some other parties fault, never theirs. My suggestion to Wizz is that you have the wrong people in customer support.

Will I renew again? Probably as they are the best of a bad bunch.

I use PerfectPlayer (which used to be PulseTV).  It's been glitchy for a while too (there's a separate thread running) and I was thinking of switching to WizzTV as it usually gets good feedback.  Now I'm not so sure!

I was a Pulse subscriber since 2016. The switch to PerfectPlayer has been a crap but it's certainly improved over the last few months

So channels don't work or buffer but you will still renew? I wouldn't and I would bin HDprime if I couldn't watch my EPL seamlessly.

I know plenty of people in Pattaya with Wizz, all complain that it buffers, nothing is ever their fault and that the guy who does the live chat outright rude.

He gobbed off to me one day on the live chat, then sent me an email with a transcript of the conversation and edited out all his rude language, that tells you alot. Certainly wont be renewing with him again.

So, what can anybody recommend other than wizz at the moment please?

Just trying to renew my subscription for the 3rd year but I can't get into their WEB site = "Access Denied" turn your VPN off. Well I have and still no access!!

Can someone give me the WizzTV customer support email address?

BTW I'd give them 9 out of 10 for their streaming service, on 3BB, out here in the rice paddies of Isaan.

Thank you in advance

Wonder if it's got anything to do with this.

They don't have an email support, just a chat button.

I just tried their webpage> order button, and it opened for payment and subscription.

Might be worth a try,or use the chat button, to query renewal.

https://www.wizztv.co.uk/

And this is what I got when clicking on chat, how do I renew my subscription.

It opens fine for me.   It sounds as if they are monitoring your IP address or ISP and blocking you for some reason.

Did you ever share your account with anyone else?

If not, try using a vpn to say, Singapore and then click on the link I sent.

Or......if you are using a vpn, to reach their site, turn it off snd try agsin.

Someone on here recommended that earier this year so I took the free trial on the last day of the EPL season.

Froze 8 minutes into the match. Still frozen at half time. obviously I didn't subscribe.

I've been with Comfy a while now, and although not perfect, it's quite a good, cheap service.

I pay a fraction of what I used to pay, and in my old service I had many buffering problems.

Most obstacles of buffering can be overcome by turning on as VPN.

All IPTV services are only good for so long, but Comfy seems to be up there.

Maybe, you just had a bad experience.

I had the same problem . They said , turn off your VPN . But it was already disconnected , I told them . They said , what browser are you using . Google Chrome I replied . They said use a different browser . I used Firefox browser and that worked .

I have been using Wizz in Thailand and the UK for more than 2 years . I bought their pre-installed T95 Android box . No buffering in the UK but just lately in Thailand it has buffered quite a lot . When it comes to the bars in Pattaya that use Wizz they do not always use the Sky TV or TNT TV programmes . Tip =  if you drop down the main programme lists you will come to other options to watch any Premiership game or Championship game . Something like UK EPL  . The last time I watched the footy I was using the Sky channel which froze constantly . Dropped down the epg and all the EPL teams will be displayed on a grid , once you have clicked on the programme channel . Last time it was being broadcast from Hong Kong but with English commentary .

It was broadcast by True / Now TV . No buffering .

I have also bought a Thai IPTV android box off of Lazada . It is aimed at UK users , shows all progs and says no buffering but that is b/s . The epg is difficult to use and I will not renew .

If Wizz TV is not buffering , it is brilliant .

What I cannot understand is that when it freezes and you get that revolving circle , when it comes back on , it carries on from where it stopped . That suggests an IPTV problem to me . Agree ? I wish that WIZZ TV would comment about our concerns of their app . And do so on this forum because they do subscribe .

I'm also using Chrome, this morning I switched to "incognito" mode and was able to get access to their site. Will try Firefox.

Still can't get access on my Samsung smartphone even in "Secret" mode. I have tried clearing cookies.

I did find an email address and sent them my problem:- sales(at)wizztv.co.uk

Maybe look at moving back. I did and it is working flawlessly.

He should give you a good free trial.

No, thanks,

I was with him a long time and many followed me, on my recommendations.

It's 2,200 baht for a year now with Comfy, compared to 7200 baht, for more or less the same service.

His service worked, but towards the end of my time, certainly was not without problems,

Eric did get buffering on his service, especially with sports and my beloved football, and his answer was, to take a further subscription backup service on top of the existing subscription.

The issues became worse when I moved from 3BB to AIS, he said they were throttling the service, but now I do not having issues and can use it, usually without a VPN.

I have come to the conclusion that any of these IPTV services have a limited lifespan, and it is best not to take out extended contracts with any of them despite their offers of great deals for 12 months. They eventually get caught and closed down.

When the service goes down or gets blocked, you have no chance of a refund.

At the end of the day, they are all SECONDARY sellers themselves, meaning they are just acting as agents, shopping around networks to use services that are available to us direct, and reselling them for profit.

However, people should go where they get the services they want, from whomever they want.

Bear in mind, all these IPTV services we use are illegal, and as the saying goes' nothing lasts forever '

On the Telegram app channel, there is a sports service available for a small yearly fee that gives you all the Sports listings and which worldwide channels they are available on with IPTV.

I use Football on TV, but there are others that give all the different sports listings altogether, the same day as the games.

They also list more obscure channel feeds where big games are available, and you get better reception.

Example is, this week Liverpool will play Man City, no doubt it will be the main event channel on Sky TV or TNT etc which means with huge traffic to the site, chances of buffering increase a lot.

It will then probably be on a number of alternative feeds such as Hub, Bein sports, Now TV, Optus channels, Super sports PL, Stan sports, etc all in different countries.

The trick is to put all these channels in your favourites and flick through them all 30 minutes before a game, and attempt to get the most stable feed without buffering.

Thanks for that.

I just can't be bothered doing all of that though.

HDPrime has always been good value and pretty consistent but I don't like that they don't accept True Money coupons.

I will check out Comfy.

Used to be a good service but whatever I do or try I can never see a live football event on a Dutch channel. I have tried everything the helpdesk said I should but it never works. So now instead of helping me they stop my subscibtion.

Some countries don't allow live events to be available to certain other countries, just like some video.

My understanding that having a VPN show your server as local to that country it can help.

Maybe I'm wrong.

Is Comfy easy to install on a smart tv or android box ? Does it get much buffering / freezing ?

Easy, install iptv smarters app and login with the provided details. So far (year 2) I very rarely get buffering compared to all the other I've tried. That is to say, others seem to have had trouble. I'm on 3bb fiber basic

I am same opinion as @bubblegum easy install, rarely buffers.

It has on occasions, but they all do. If it was frequent, I wouldn't be using it, as I am an avid football fan.

I am on AIS.

I had Comfy for a while not too bad although catch-up was a bit limited.

Biggest problem was making payments.

Ended up using Moneygram which was expensive or Neteller not too bad once I set it up.

Bloke is in Kenya and I am not sure his English was up to scratch.

You are right,

They now take credit cards!

I got cheesed off with the Neteller nonsense.

I mainly just want Football, the other stuff I get elsewhere with Netflix, Amazon, and all that jazz.

The 10 second review & recommendation:
Take a 24 hour free stream at:-
https://xtreamtv.live/index.php?rp=/store/trials
and wait to be impressed 🙂

Advice:
Now for the rather boring but detailed review however, my advice would be to skip the details below and take either the free or paid trial in the link above.
You have been warned.....

Introduction:
I have been using my current stream provider since the start of the British & Irish Lions tour to South Africa in July 2021 which coincided with the Covid outbreak when the local authorities advised they were going to close all bars in order to stop the Covid spread.  I urgently needed a stream, with sports, in order to be able to watch the B&I Lions Internationals.  I only had a few days to sort and though rushed, I came up trumps on the very first attempt with my current provider.  For the 3 years since then I have been looking for a backup stream, I have taken many trials (many being 20 or so free trials).  I even paid for many a months sub to those trials that seemed to pass muster only to have been disappointed when detailed testing uncovered many issues.
Now for the good news; I took a trial with Xtream and I was so impressed with the free trial that when they offered a one off discount I jumped at the offer and took a year's sub.
After extensive testing I can say that I have been way impressed and I am sure that if you take the trial, especially the paid trial with catchup, you will be equally impressed 🙂

Details:
Xtream provide 7 days of catchup on almost all of the UK main and most sports channels that I could wish for.
One of the benefits of  the Xtream catchup streams is many of these streams have two catchup streams per channel i.e. catchup on BBC1 is available as both FHD and SD.
Best of all, not only do Xtream provide their own apps but they also provide the URL (m3u) of their servers to those of us that require this info.

Background & Recommendation:
In the early days of my streaming I had been using a stream provider for many years that were good but they were taken down when they decided to add sports to their offering.
No names mentioned but I am sure you old timers amongst us know who I am referring to.  With my many years experience of using good stream providers and my dismissal of so many streams during testing that just did not come up to par, I feel I can offer sound recommendations hence I have no qualms in recommending Xtream as either a main or backup stream provider.

No doubt others on this forum will agree that it is not easy to find a source that provides high quality live streams with at least 7 days of catchup that have little to no buffering on either live or catchup whilst including the server URL so please allow me to suggest you take either the free trial or even pay the nominal fee for the 24 hour sports trial with catchup using the link above and see for yourself.
What have you got to lose?
I can assure you that you will not be disappointed! !!!

Search:
My search for a backup has taken me years to find a provider that has come anywhere near being close to my main provider in the quality of their streams to act as a backup.
Xtreams are not only close but they may even surpass my main provider.  Believe me, this is high praise indeed and only time will tell as this is early days but to give you a clue, the overflow Galagher rugby matches are being streamed on TNT Sports 5.  No stream provider I know of offers catchup on this stream so I use Xtream as my stream of preference to record the match, (with only one paid sub per provider I have to choose which provider's stream to use for recording whilst viewing on the other stream).
and yes, Xtream really are that good.

Closing Comments:
If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer.
If, perchance you doubt my review just take a gander at:-
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/xtreamtv.uk
p.s. I can no longer recommend my main provider for two reasons:-
i)  I posted on here many years ago that my main supplier were good, many took my advice but failed to complete a transaction due to my provider playing silly buggers
ii) For security reasons my main supplier will only take new customers from personal referrals and knowing potential customers from a forum is not enough
