When the extension expires ofcourse you will not be able to do another extension based on marriage, for obvious reasons, so if you still want to remain in Thailand long term,and you are old enough simply do an extension based on retirement. For change from based on marriage to retirement immigration would want wife to be present. Thinking better option is to obtain a new non O and obtain 12 month extension.
