I would say Chinese and Russians but in different ways. Just my limited experience and I have much more experience with Chinese than I do with Russians. Chinese are just clueless, as if dropped here from another planet. No sense of personal space and very loud. Slack jawed yokels, blocking public walkways and entrances to elevators etc. But no malice in my opinion. Russians seem hateful and are physically aggressive for no reason. Pushing their way onto a baht bus or in a store aisle.
