What is the best Thai language book, website or other resource about farang in pre-1900 Siam?

I'd recommend going through the archives of the excellent ศิลปะวัฒนธรรม magazine at https://www.silpa-mag.com/ 
I was a subscriber for many years but just follow it online these days.

I think the book is called 'Letters from Siam'. Many short stories all in Thai but extensive Thai/English cross references.

I think I got the name wrong...Thai Reader by Mary Hass. Tried to find it yesterday but I've put it somewhere special. :)
