We have been having trouble setting up an rss feed. We manged to learn how to create the xml, with help from the program feedforall, we have a mac account and Itunes recognizes and approves our feed. The titles can be found on Itunes. But when we click to view, it claims the files are not there

If I check the server, the files are there, and I can download them directly. But if I type in the location on Internet explorer it also says the files are not there. We have tested other media files in the same folder and have had no problem finding them by ie.

Is there some sort of mv4 protocol we are unaware of, is there a size limit, these files are 300+ MB?

Anyone have experience here?
