A brutal domestic dispute escalated to homicide when a man fatally shot his brother-in-law multiple times in front of their family home. The incident, sparked by an argument over inherited land rights, occurred in the Chaiya district of Surat Thani Province. The gunman is now in police custody awaiting prosecution.

On the evening of yesterday, at around 10pm, police officers from the Chaiya Police Station were alerted to a fatal shooting at a residence in the Pa We area of Chaiya district. Upon arrival, they found the lifeless body of a rubber plantation worker, 45 year old Santi, sprawled on the lawn in front of the house. He had been shot five times; the bullets perforated his left chest and arm.

Two .32 calibre shell casings were found nearby, which were collected as evidence, reported KhaoSod.

The house, the scene of the murder, belonged to the deceased’s mother and sister, with the shooter, known as Ole, also residing there. Initial investigations revealed that, around 9pm, Santi had brought fish to his mother’s house and subsequently engaged in a heated argument with Ole, his brother-in-law.

yeah'    it's easier settled by shooting the BIL than going through the proper legal channels.

makes so much more sense ....    :whistling:

It's all normal happenings, just don't allow those smelly farangs to legally carry arms....

Lets see the serial numbers on that gun.

Do they put serial numbers on homemade guns now? Again YOU have not read the complete story.

Reading the Full Story, the first story is set in Surat Thani and does not mention the gun being homemade.

The 2nd story set in Phitsanulok about a completely separate incident mentions a homemade gun.
