"notifying" and "reporting" is the same thing.

    You get a paper which states you next reporting date.

    Firstly your 90 days is up on the 30th March (not 1st April).. Secondly if you do your report on the 27th, then it is 90 days after, but remember the 27th is the first day of the new 90 days.
