The Children of Gaza = More than 7000 Killed.

This is not directed at any poster in particular.

Israel's main supporter may pressure the Israelis into negotiating with whomever ends up actually representing the Palestinians.  The U.S. can truthfully claim that support for Israel by the American public is slipping and they had better come to the table and negotiate in good faith.  With the elections (presidential and congressional) coming up, the sooner this happens, the better.

NOTE: See my previous post.

I have not been able to provide workable links to MSN News.Supposedly, this problem has not been addressed by them, as I have seen others with the same complaint blaming MSN News for the problem.

For all those here and around the world who keep saying that what Israel is engaging in is a genocide, massacre and

a holocaust of the poor Palestinian people, THIS IS A WAR, and you don't win a war by being merciful and kind,

specially when Hamas terrorists hide among the general population, what we have here is NOT who's going to

win the war, but rather who's going to come out losing the least...

And remember these words, There will never be 'peace' between Israel and the Palestinians as long as external powers

are meddling in to satisfy their own agendas...

Israel has learned from the past the results of relenting to pressure from the outside, especially when facing a determined enemy whose goal is about destroying you and not for fighting for the rights of their people as some have claimed.

As I have stated many times, war is hell.  If you are not ready to face the consequences, don't start one.

I'm just wondering though, being a terror group is not a cheap business and ideology don't pay ten of thousand of people to dig hundreds of km of tunnels and pick up a weapon, if it wasn't for Qatar, Iran and others financing Hamas and Hezbollah to the tune of billions of dollars, would it still be terrorists in the world?...

The devastating impact of conflict on children cannot be overstated. The loss of young lives not only robs families of their loved ones but also shatters the hopes and dreams of an entire generation. The international community must express its unequivocal condemnation of any actions that result in the death of innocent children.

You seem desparate to justify the slaughter (by your country) of 170+ innocent, defenceless children every day for the last 2 1/2 months, what a nerve, especially on Christmas day. This is NOT a war, but a lopsided confrontation, with a highly disproportionate impact on the Gazan population. Characterizing this situation solely as a war overlooks the vast power asymmetry between Israel and the Palestinians, particularly those living in Gaza. A war typically implies a conflict between two opposing forces, each with the capacity to engage in combat and defend itself. In this case, the stark difference in military capabilities and resources between Israel and Gaza challenges the conventional understanding of a war.

The systemic mistreatment and marginalization of Palestinians, particularly in Gaza and West Bank, have fueled deep-seated grievances that find expression in acts of violence. The persistent expansion of Israeli settlements, restrictions on movement, and economic hardships intensify a sense of despair and frustration among the Palestinian population. The daily realities of living under occupation, coupled with discriminatory policies, create a breeding ground for radicalization. In such an environment, some individuals, feeling cornered and voiceless, may be driven to resort to extreme measures as a perceived means of resistance. While it is crucial to condemn acts of terrorism unequivocally, addressing the root causes of oppression is essential in breaking this destructive cycle.

This is  exactly what the Hamas were banking on, that the present and the death of sooooo many children will sway world opinion

and will deter the IDF from doing what they were forced to do by the Hamas, ask yourself this: did the Hamas and the terrorists

leadership ever cared for the life of the Gaza children when they have started the 7th of October war? I don't think so...

Nonsense, see above post -  Hamas did not start this 'war'.

Here's an article from UN in August of this year. it is pathetic the way Israelis are trying to blame the Oct 7 incident for this ''war" -  many are saying that you actually wanted something like to=his to justify wiping the whole population out, like appears to be happening right now.

[With] over 200 Palestinian and nearly 30 Israeli fatalities in the West Bank and Israel thus far this year, already surpassing 2022’s annual figures, and the highest since 2005. Settlement expansion continues unabated

You have nothing of value to add to this topic but repetitive playing the sympathy card, any deaths are very unfortunate especially the ones by the heinous sadistic monsters that started this war. Make no mistake this is a war and will remain so untill most or all of the barbarians are despatched. Hamas has made it very clear of their intention to erase Israel from the map it is simply not going to happen just because a few misguided supporters of the terrorists have chosen to sit down with them. Israel has no choice in this war, it was not a war of their making, start pointing the finger at the perpetrators for once!

The hypocrites and the bleeding hearts of this world refuse to understand and accept that Israel is fighting for it's survival,

i know that this is means nothing to all those Jews haters just because the're Jews and there's nothing new here,

the world hated Jews since time in memorial and took any opportunity to blame and vilify Jews, sadly, it is also evident

on these pages, no shortage of Jews haters here...

Propaganda. Israel is fighting to wipe out Palestinians. Genocide.

The 68 fatalities include at least 12 women and seven children, according to early hospital figures.

At least 68 killed in central Gaza in airstrike, adding to weekend’s bloodshed

Israel could stop this now and negotiate a settlement.

So Hamas has taught the children of Gaza to love thy neighbor as thyself?  Quite the opposite, a culture of hate and revenge is more like it

I'm going to spend time with my children as it is a special day. I have no time for uncompassionate people who fail to see the obvious here. Spare a thought for the thousands of families living rough, displaced from their homes, with fewer children, starving, and being slaughtered by a powerful country being backed by the good ol US of A. Really, there nothing else to say......

This is not about Jews, but Israel, where 20% are Muslims with 100% full civil rights ;)

Then what are you doing online on a forum filled with haters?  Enjoy the holidays with your children.  They are fortunate, not having to live under such horrendous conditions.

I find that ludicrous. From the Nakba till the bombing of Gaza today, israeli attitude to Palestinians has been one of oppression, land theft and collective punishment, all the while being protected by the colluding US.

If they hadn't been busily stealing Palestinian land in the West Bank since 1967, there might have been something for your post, but there is almost nothing left of Palestinian land now.

I suppose all the posters that think israel has a right to the land would be OK if a more powerful neighbour, immune from the police, came and kicked them out of the homes their families had lived in for generations.

Prior to 1948, Palestinians and Jews lived in the same area without killing each other, but the zionists wanted it all for themselves, hence the Nakba.

The Palestinian resistance came into being because of the israeli oppression, and did not cause the oppression, IMO.

@thaibeachlovers

This is not about you being clueless. You cannot be ignorant of facts considering the many related topic you partook in.

No, this is about you spreading lies, misinformation and propaganda without much care for detail and truth.

The Palestinians (and their Arab sponsor states) held unto a rejectionist position before 1948, before 1967, after 1967 etc. Your made up narrative does not even bother to acknowledge that.

Same goes for you 'prior to 1948' comment. It is simply untrue. There were death, violence, massacres for decades before that. Why would you lie about something that obvious?

Your opinion, based on such untruths, is worthless.

Your inane spins aside, Hamas most definitely started this instance of the war.
