A 16 year old Thai girl filed a complaint against a Chinese man for allegedly raping her at a condominium in Nonthaburi province near Bangkok. He and his friends also attempted to gang-rape her on the day.

 

The victim named Mo lodged a complaint at Rattanatibet Police Station on December 13. She explained that she met the Chinese man on a dating application. The man told her that he wanted to have a Thai girlfriend and marry a Thai woman.

 

Mo accepted the invitation to dinner and later went to the Chinese man’s apartment on Soi Nonthaburi 15 in the Thasai sub-district of Nonthaburi province.

 

She refused to have sex with him, but the Chinese man ignored her and raped her.

So a 16 year old girl is on a dating app looking for men.  She agrees to meet a man. A man from his photo looks like a senior citizen.  And he said he wanted to get married. 
I can see where he could have allegedly taken advantage of the situation.  But odd that she would have met a guy like that in the first place.  A guy that looks old enough to be her grandfather.  

Back in my day, we called 16 jail bait. This 'jail bait' was awfully naive and the 'John' was a fool. Bad combination.

In the linked report the girl immediately left the scene after the alleged assault telling the police that the 'Chinese' man had then telephoned her asking her to return so that he and ten of his friends could have sex with her.....

Although not stated it would seem all messaged and speech conversations between the two were in the Thai language and that the accused is a Thai national?

Clearly the young girl has reported an alleged crime and lets hope she will get justice, 1st of all she is still a minor according to law.

Apart from that, if he actually raped her then he should go to jail.

It was obviously naive of her to go with him to his apartment, but that still does not give him the right to do what he wants.

I am sure lots of online available girls go with guy to hotels and apartments, and they charge for their service.

But do girls who look for a boyfriend or husband do that? Especially if they just met the guy for the first time hours ago?

No, with 16 she is not underage according to Thai law.

why is a 16 year old on a dating app ? i thought you had to be 18+. if the rape allegation is true cut his package off and use one of those cow stamps to cauterize the wound.

So, as far as the dating app.  She could be looking for a husband that was financially secure that she would date first and then marry (and then sex) knowing she would outlast him and inherit his wealth.  Happens all the time here.

 

Could also have been entrapment where the guy pays up a ton of money and all of this goes away.

Maybe she expected the standard rate of 2k+. He only paid 500 so Thai girl does what Thai women do when things don’t go their way “revenge”.
