richard_smith237
IF you need a new one ? new screen or new computer ? If you are looking to get a new computer you can purchase from Apple Store online and it'll be delivered. If you are looking to replace the screen in Phitsanulok, then there may be some local Apple repair shops.

It might be a cable or the inverter. It might be something else entirely. Have you run through any possible solutions before this point? Such as these? https://www.lappymaker.com/blog/macbook-screen-flickering/ A new screen and assembly might cost 5,500 to 6,500 baht complete with new frame, if necessary or around 3,000 for just the LCD display. Possibly another 1,000 for fitting.

I have only had bad experiences with copper wired / istudio. Im not a fan of these guys that repair stuff in (tech) malls. To my mind, this guy is the best http://machomeservice.com - he's an ex-apple tech, from the days when there was only one Apple service center in the whole country situated in the carpark of carefour, Silom. The things I like about this guy is he will try and diagnose over the phone and give you a possible ball park figure, obviously he cant guarantee this, but its a good place to start. To me, this is always a good sign of a good tech that he has seen issues like this before. He speaks Thai in a clear and easy manner for westerners to comprehend. He uses LINE but he's happy to call you up on the phone and speak directly with the customer, I dont like speaking Thai on the phone but he makes things so simple. I think he speaks a little English. I just had an iPhone screen replaced in this place in Khon Kaen, https://www.macupstudio.com Seems quite a professional outfit, a lot of technicians and the correct equipment like a microscope outputting to a TV to show customers the issues, good dust extraction, space to repair computers - but annoyingly they were happier to ask my wife (who was stood next to me) questions about my phone even when she told the reception and the tech that I could speak Thai and to ask me directly. Both these places accept deliveries from Kerry, I have sent my MacBook to Machome twice and never an issue.
