Jewish Youth Football Team in Berlin Attacked by Knife-Wielding pro-Palestinian Mob
Maybe you should red the news and get both sides of the story? The first incidents were reported on Wednesday evening, the day before the match. Police say Maccabi fans tore a Palestinian flag down from the facade of a building and burned it, shouted “<deleted> you, Palestine”, and vandalised a taxi. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2024/nov/11/what-happened-amsterdam-israeli-football-fans -

Unidentified Man Found Shot and Left Under Bridge in Narathiwat
A gruesome discovery was made early morning November12, in Narathiwat province, where the body of an unidentified man was found under the Batu Salao Bridge in Ban Kanuwa, Sub-district of Kalisa, in the Ra Nga district. Local police, led by Pol. Col. Apakorn Wiroopakarn, Superintendent of Ra Nga Police Station, were alerted to the scene, and military personnel from the 4507th Ranger Regiment were called in to assist with the investigation, ensuring no risk of ambush or attack on officers. At approximately 14:00, the authorities arrived with a full investigative team, including officers from the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit, forensics experts, local police, and rescue teams. Upon investigation, the area under the bridge, which had dried up due to a lack of rainfall, revealed a shocking scene: the body of a man, aged between 30 and 35, had been bound with white nylon rope, his hands tied behind his back. He had been shot twice in the back of the head with a shotgun, leaving his skull shattered. The authorities estimate that the man had been dead for approximately six hours. Nearby, two spent shotgun shells found. The man's identity remains a mystery, and forensic teams are working to gather more evidence, including a thorough post- mortem examination. It was noted that the man had tattoos on his chest, but nothing else immediately identifiable could be found. The body was taken to the Ra Nga Hospital for further examination. Pol. Col. Apakorn speculated that the man may have been abducted by a group of two to three individuals, likely over a personal conflict or drug-related issue. The victim was reportedly brought to the remote location in a vehicle, where the perpetrators shot him. Despite this theory, authorities are not ruling out the possibility of insurgency-related motives, as the area is isolated with no residential homes on either side of the bridge. Locals who were gathered at the scene confirmed that the victim was not from the area, and no one recognised him. Following this, Pol. Col. Apakorn directed local authorities from all 13 districts in Narathiwat, as well as neighbouring provinces, to check if any reports of missing persons correspond to the victim's description. When the man's identity is confirmed, authorities will expand their investigation to apprehend the suspects responsible for this brutal crime. As the investigation continues, the police remain open to all possible motives, from personal grievances to regional security concerns. Pictures from responders. -- 2024-11-13
