That Amish treat, Scrapple, and haven't made this in a dog's age 😎

No scraps for mine, used pork tenderloin.

Send recipe ???  This is the one I follow, sort of...

To speed it up, you can use ground pork, or last batch I make, I minced tenderloin to paste like, and added gelatin, since not having corn meal / polenta.  Actually worked pretty good.

Next batch, IF doing same, I'll need to adjust the seasonings, adding more, as I went a little light, since last time I did it without corn meal, I used the amount of salt in recipe, forgetting no water or corn meal, so it was way over salted.

Actually couldn't eat it, and wife added it to her sausage/meatball mix, that diluted the salt content and was OK.  Now I don't add salt at all, and put on after pan frying it :coffee1:

Not a lot of cooking today.

This morning we had a present from the PEA.

From 08:30 to 13:00 we had a total power outage.

The only good thing is that it gave me a chance to replace the solid sentiment water filters and I expect that they would not taste nice, cooked or not.

Whipped a batch of EggNog ... tasty.  Made Mayo, without the proper ingredients, and still turned out pretty good.  Never buying that again.
