Steve Bannon Clashes with Elon Musk: "We’re Going to Rip Your Face Off"
Gee, that almost sounds like a threat. And how would this fierce opposition from MAGA supporters be carried out? Maybe Mitt Romney can provide the answer. https://www.thedailybeast.com/elon-musk-turns-maga-civil-war-nuclear-fk-yourself-in-the-face/ Some may recall that the graphic language of the EM quote in the link is quite similar to something a member of the 45th WH quipped about Stevie; maybe he was on to something. https://www.dailydot.com/debug/anthony-scaramucci-new-yorker-interview-ryan-lizza/ Maybe a little bit of jealousy with all the access the MAGA boss is giving the aging boy wonder, eh Stevie? -

Where to travel out of country for 2 days?
There are many countries now visa free to China. Not sure of OP's nationality though. You can obtain an evisa for laos to use at that border. It's a good trip. I've done it, but for a 2 day trip the OP asked about, definitely needs to fly both ways. Bangkok to kunming took two fulls days by train. -

Scores of Russians Injured in Bus Crash At Pattaya Toll Booth
Picture courtesy: AMARIN TV A tragic traffic accident unfolded this evening near the popular tourist destination of Pattaya, Thailand. A tour bus carrying 37 Russian holidaymakers crashed into a stationary Toyota Fortuner SUV at the Pong toll booth, causing multiple injuries. The incident took place as the bus made an unexpected lane change, leading to the devastating collision. Phone footage from passers-by shows remnants of the crashed vehicles sprawled across the highway, a stark reminder of the accident's severity. Emergency services swiftly descended upon the chaotic scene. Medical teams rushed 27 injured passengers to nearby hospitals in Pattaya. Amidst the flurry of activity, the tour operator arranged for a van to transport the remaining 10 uninjured Russian tourists to their seaside lodgings safely. As of publication, the Thai hospital staff are working diligently to care for those harmed in the crash, though details of their conditions remain limited, Amarin TV said. Police officers were also on hand, directing their efforts to inspect the extent of the damage and manage the disrupted traffic. An ongoing investigation is seeking to uncover the precise cause of the accident, while no clear reason for the abrupt lane shift has yet emerged. However, preliminary theories hint at possible driver distraction or mechanical failure, though officials have not confirmed either possibility. This incident casts a shadow on what was undoubtedly intended as a day of leisure and exploration for the tourists. Pattaya, renowned for its vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches, is a regular stop for global travellers looking to experience Thailand's rich culture and hospitality. Fortunately, these attractions remain unharmed, drawing visitors from across the globe. Picture courtesy: AMARIN TV The collision has prompted discussions on the importance of rigorous safety checks and adherence to road regulations, especially for vehicles transporting large groups of tourists. It's anticipated that local authorities might reinforce safety campaigns aimed at tour operators, potentially introducing stricter compliance measures. For now, the focus remains on the health and recovery of those caught in this unfortunate accident. As they receive treatment, their compatriots will no doubt be eager to ensure that their friends return safely to enjoy their holiday as planned, reported Thai Newsroom. What Books Are You Reading ? (2025)
Thank you. I will read it. I am always interested in Toilet Paper, for toilet's sake. The Guardian likes this book. https://www.theguardian.com/books/2024/sep/18/character-limit-by-kate-conger-and-ryan-mac-review-musks-twitter-takeover I will be very happy to read this book....as long as I do not have to pay for this book. I will not pay for it because Kate is just a blogger, and I do not pay to read output written by bloggers....or flappers, either.
