Anyone have a copy of the simple Thai / English will template?

Seen it on here a long time ago but can't find it again now - Thanks

You can write it by yourself and let it be translated by AI. Works perfectly.

How legal are the Wills you write yourself, in Thailand, do they have to be signed/witnessed by a Thai or a foreigner ?

I was told the Amphur Office won’t authorise them anymore ?

As legal as most places.

As long as you don't screw it up and they are witnessed and signed legally. Witnesses can be Thai or foreign but must be of sound mind bla, bla, bla.

For a will for Thai assets most recommend that it should be in dual language so unless using a template with both you will need to get it translated.

Amphur Wills - there are mixed reports on AN in various threads about doing this.
