Either he somehow manged to survive here for nearly 30 years on a fake passport, or liason wasn't working very well.

Richard Burrows, 80, was arrested on Thursday after flying back to the UK from Thailand, nearly three decades after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

 

So it looks like we may well have the PNR data list for the flight in question to thank for this vile individual finally receiving his long-overdue comeuppance.

Or maybe he gave himself up because he is dying and wants the NHS, via the Prison Service, to look after him. Might even end up having a chocolate overdose like Rolf Harris had inside HMP Stafford.

 

A trial is needed first.

 

Obviously a fake UK passport on the list will throw a massive red flag.
