Sledge71
Has anyone had a custom built sauna made for them in the past ? Where is the best place to go for pricing on this? I have a small space in an outbuilding ( approx 2M x 2M ) and would like to convert it into a sauna. If anyone has any experience in this and is aware of what I should be paying please let me know. I could consider a factory assembled Sauna too so please just generally reply if you have any advice you can give me. I saw a sauna / steam room in Global for around 100K but it looked pretty cheap / tacky and not well made. I am not skilled enough to import the parts and assemble myself Kind regards Islandape.. ThaiPauly
We had a steam room built in a sort of bubble at our house, was around 100k...heats up quicker than a sauna. But you cannot stay in it so long as the heat is severe, but a quick cold shower then dive back in its great If you want to know who built it I can let you know ..but not till Saturday. (Wife is out and I am going to Burma 4 2 days tomorrow) They do saunas too, but we have been happy with our purchase 7 momths on. PM me if you want more info TP

Sledge71
Don't Home Pro have ready-made saunas? Home pro, thanks but I'd rather go to the dentist... They are awful in there. Maybe I was just unlucky.. If I remember rightly they had some in there ages ago but badly made and expensive. Thanks anyway though, maybe I'll revisit them. sbk
Ban Lae Suan magazine had advertisements for saunas some time back. Sorry I can't remember the name of the company, I'll go through some back issues and see if I can come up with the ad. In the meantime, you might try getting a few of the Thai language home magazines and see if they are advertising elsewhere
