Will Wise still keep dealing with me if I change from my Bangkok bank to another bank? There is a Kungsri bank in my small town/village which is local for me, will it be OK to have an account with them?

Should not be any issue - you are just adding a new payee account - but if using for immigration extensions make sure foreign origin of money will not become an issue for you.

Just be aware;

Only Bangkok bank notify the branch of an FTT transfer.

Wise partner banks are Bangkok bank and Kasikorn bank.

Other than Bangkok bank, Kasikorn and SCB, you cannot transfer more than 49.999THB per transfer.

 

If your using the income method for annual extensions, they will not be coded as foreign transfers to Krungsri bank, you'll have to request an FET (Foreign Exchange Transaction) form as proof of an International transfer.
