Disable floating toolbar?
I I agree completely about the banner and the up arrow. Why? Are there people who like that floating distraction? Maybe it is just my problem and the developers now better than me. -

French Senator criticizes Trump
I have no problem with bills and credits and offsets. So it costs $7000 an hour to fly an F16 on a CAP. Thats $61 million a year, just for one plane 24 hours a day, every day. I think thats a fair deal, only one plane. So for the past 20 years thats 1.2 billion. Take your casualties out of that and send us the rest in 24 hours. -

Testing water supply?
I have had a <removed> meter for years, from Lazada. Our water is from a communal borehole, supposedly filtered before distribution, and reads 240+ out of the tap, and stings like hell if you get it in a cut! The same water after passing through our reverse osmosis system reads between 4 and 16, depending on time since filter replacement, normally six months or so for carbon and particulate, and salt for the resin. The r-o filter lasts two years. The <removed> is highest immediately after filter change and reduces over time, then creeps up when changes are due. There is no residual taste to the water. Bottled water bought outside generally reads 38 or more. The chart on the stick says anything under 150 is safe to drink! -

Immigration Arrests Foreign Nationals with Fake Passports at Suvarnabhumi Airport
That isn't the only claim from the police about this case that seems odd... Virtually no one tries to use completely counterfeit passports, which is what they're describing here. With all the fancy security features in modern passports, a total fake can be spotted with the naked eye. If they really bought homemade passports (as opposed to real documents with a substituted photo, or from a holder with a similar appearance), they weren't very bright. They spent two weeks in Thailand and have entry records, so this doesn't appear to be accurate...and they were trying to board a flight to Oman, not Spain. The police seem to have mixed things up a bit in the process of trying to make their interception appear more heroic. -

U.S. Targets Iran’s Oil Industry to Cripple Its Economy, Treasury Secretary Says
Another reason why America is hated all over the world. They just can’t stop bullying other countries. No matter, karma will strike back, sooner or later.
