My first day in Jomtien in 2005 was Sonkran .I walked the length of the beach to Soi Chayaprek not  seeing  a pistol. Did I dream this ??

I was in San Francisco in 1999 as a tourist. I swear, I didn't see a single homeless in the streets, and I have very thick glasses.

Who sad bars ?

But the few bars just before the corner to Jomtien beach celebrated it.

But the shops,  people in pick up,  and outside condo building all played Songkran.

plus all the Thais that come down to Jomtien Songkran from Bangkok.

Not in 2006 on Jomtien beach road , apart from the Tulip bar bear Rich Man Poor Man .
