Ric - with all respect - Democracy has a meaning in it's own right.

Irrespective of Political Parties, the USA has a Constitution AND Laws - under which, for offences against, Trump has been caught out by acts he made and the events he created.

Trump recognises no higher Authority than himself and will as a result of his hubris, fail in his endeavours. Which WILL be for the greater benefit of the USA and the World. IMHO !

I wanted to reply to points in your posts l but could find only blind stuff. If you think this is some kind of conspiracy or plot, lets see how it goes in this NY trial, Florida, Georgia and Washington DC. And the 'Class Action' about 'Truth Social".

Future happenings there will be based in FACTS and LAW.

GN

With all respect, perverted facts & law!

McCarthy, Turley Barr , experts in law proclaimed , its all politics .

People like you would rather see him

Be stripped of a mouth for daring to call it like it is !

What country did you say you’re from?

He paid stormy to keep quiet and then misreported the payment as legal fees to hide it.

Meanwhile in New York, the same AG is releasing criminal illegal aliens that have been arrested for illegals drug and gun charges on their own recognizance.

Once again you misrepresent the facts of the case.

Refer the indictment handed down by the Grand Jury.

That's what I was referring too, did you not know that?

You clearly were not.

Because each of the 34 indictments are felonies, not misdemeanors.

Its not the fraud, it’s the fraud pursuant of another crime - Felony!

Refer the indictment handed down by the Grand Jury.

"Trump faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records to hide reimbursement payments to former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen for the money paid to adult film actress Stormy Daniels."

Is this not exactly how I have been representing the facts? Your nose is growing...

Right, the other "crime" being complain finance violations. The state says the payment should have been listed as a campaign expense.

How? Nothing about paying to keep people quiet here:

"No person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President, Vice President..."

“If you believe Donald Trump should get no special treatment from the law because he’s a former president, that he should be treated like any other American accused of a crime, ask yourself this:

Would you, as an ordinary American, ever face a prosecutor who rose to power vowing to get you”?

This is the rub ! You see the far left has taken over the cities justice system!

Dem judge ( this and LetishaJames

Dem prosecutors ( this and LethisaJames)

87 % of the voters are dem!

No fair trial , its Dem justice!

Its perverted and never can be  Accepted ( if found guilty)by real  Americans who treasure the

values of the republic founding.

It sounds like you are about to set yourself on fire.

Seriously, Trump allegedly committed crimes, and is now on trial. Why are you so worked up over it?

There is no end of people who were unjustly prosecuted, why aren't you posting about them? Do you know about the Central Park Five?

Don't worry, the Prosecution will lay out the case soon.

Evidence is not Evidence until it is admitted in Court. One only has to look at the Georgia case where the Raffensperger 'find me 11K votes' phone call was the impetus for the whole investigation and indictment. Recording and transcript readily available.

Tossed by Judge McAfee on an indictment wording technicality.
