British far-right activist . The 41-year-old was handcuffed and sprayed with synthetic pepper spray on November 26, after organizers of the event declared him unwelcome.

However, a judge at Westminster Magistrates’ Court ruled that there was no case to answer, as the police had not properly authorized the dispersal order, which is intended to prevent antisocial behavior.

During the trial, it was revealed that the police officer who signed the order had made an error by using the wrong date on the paperwork. As a result, the order was deemed invalid, and Robinson's refusal to leave the area did not constitute a legal offense.

Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, claimed that he was attending the march as a journalist and thus had a right to be there. His arrest came amid tensions surrounding his presence at similar events, including clashes between pro-Palestinian demonstrators and counter-protesters on November 11.

Known for his association with the far-right English Defence League, Robinson has garnered significant attention for his controversial views on immigration, Islam, and multiculturalism. His activism has often sparked heated debates and polarized opinions in the UK.

The trial attracted a crowd of supporters for Robinson, who filled the public gallery during the proceedings. Footage of his arrest, including images of him being sprayed with pepper spray and handcuffed, circulated on social media platforms, with Robinson himself claiming to be present at the march as a journalist.

Despite the acquittal, Robinson's presence at such events continues to generate controversy, reflecting broader tensions surrounding issues of free speech, public order, and the limits of political activism in contemporary society.

Ahhhh good old Tommy, turns up like a turd on a birthday cake, trying to stir up trouble. Got off on a technicality. The same and exact trouble that the "obviously Jewish" guy was trying to create, but he avoided arrest.

I dislike Yaxley-Lennon/ Tommy Robinson, and virtually all he stands for. My distrust is compounded by his use of a pseudonim in his political campaigning.

But he is entitled to his views, and to move around freely.

One must ask why it was necessary to pepper spray and handcuff him - surely not because he was engaged in acts of disorder, pepper spray and handcuffs are not appropriate because he is an irritating little turd!

And then having arrested and arraigned him, Plod screws up the paperwork.

The very active bias in the way the Met enforces the law in this area is actually quite dangerous for maintaining freedom of speech and freedom for political campaigning. It is only alleviated by the apparent incompetence of the senior police commanders!

But to be fair, Tommy wasn't walking around in Nazi uniform.

And as Herfie says, no excuse at all for the pepper spray!

Does anyone else suspect all is not what it seems with our Tommeh?

That maybe he works for the UK state?

He totally discredits white working and middle class interests by negative association.

Zero white working or middle class Brits with a brains want to be associated with him - hence population replacement / Kalerghi Plan can go ahead without any genuinely popular uprising or resistance - and believe you me,

Brits can see what's happening and MANY hate it - esp. non whites.

So, just maybe, 'R tommeh' is a ***state actor or at least promoted / enabled by the powers that shouldn't be as the face of opposition to unlimited immigration.***

To be honest, I'd rather have a decent God fearing muslim next door than that POS.

However, on the face of it, actually going out, meeting people, leafleting, campaigning and actually affecting change is a great thing and played a key role in how our great nations were built.

Much better than sending links to each other on your computer or just endlessly moaning about stuff but doing nothing (a VERY British disease).

He's been paid by Israelis before ('goyfundme' was the joke at the time) but maybe UK Govt funnel cash his way too?

Unlimited immigration is a VERY VERY BAD THING.

But to have that POS as the face of opposition to unlimited immigration is a nightmare.
