Unidentified Handcuffed Woman Found Dead Near Chi River

A mysterious death has been reported in Roi Et Province, where an unidentified woman was found lifeless near the Chi River. The body, discovered in a scrubland area near the waterway, was found with her hands handcuffed behind her back, leading to suspicions of foul play.

I don't see any quotation marks, blame AI reporting not the police. For the record she was found with her hands cuffed behind her back and a motorcycle inner tube wrapped around her neck. The police planned to collect potential DNA evidence that may help identify her killer(s).

 

This took place in Roiet and the girl has been identified by her mother. According to her mother she was actually 24 years old. Discrepancy in reported age 40-50 years old was likely because of the condition of the corpse having been dead at least 48 hours in the heat.

Was that a police report??  I believe you're slandering the wrong group. This was a translators interpretation of another reporters 'news' article.  I saw no actual 'quotes' by the police.

If she had also plastic bag over her head, it would be an obvious suicide case.
But no plastic bag over her head sound suspicious.
