A fairly detailed video on the result of the strikes on the Toropets arsenal now that most of the smoke has finally cleared. Looks like first impressions were right. A lot of damage and a lot of munitions, including missiles and components, that are no longer a threat to Ukraine. The shear precision needed to strike the individual hardened bunkers in the complex is staggering.

Ukraine may be given private dispensation by the UK and US to fire long-range Storm Shadow missiles into Russia without making it public until the first one is fired.
