Online Reporting 90 Days

Have anybody experienced any difficulties with their reporting via

the computer your 90 days now just recently???

Yes.  This morning I got the usual reminder to submit a new notification so, as usual, I responded to the request.

I normally use Firefox for this purpose.  Today, I went through the usual procedure but when I got to the 'submit' stage nothing happened.  I tried a few times, with the same result.

So, I then tried using Brave and this worked OK.  Current status is 'Pending'.

My reporting office is Chonburi, if this is relevant.

Are you asking about online 90 day reports.

Your thread title heading is misleading.

Fact is MANY reports in recent months of issues with online reports.

Seems most connected to international travel or passport renewal.

Some (my case CW) seems random rejection

I  renewed mine online today, but I was having trouble earlier in the year, being rejected for no obvious reason. When I did it this time, successfully,  I used my computer's auto fill function for the name and address on the TM47.  I had completed it manually when it was rejected.  I can only assume that there was some slight difference between auto fill and when I did it manually, but what that was I have no idea.  Clearly, the system is very sensitive to even the slightest inconsistency between TM 47s information..

Don't follow. It's the online app that offers auto fill.

The magnifying icon after entering name and pp #.

Many do online report on cell

My computer also auto fills, as far as I know, all of them do,  so long as you select that option on Google Crome .

Yeah.  Haven't been able to file online for the last 180 days.  The last time the system rejected the 90 day report with the tag that my "Entry date and visa expiration date do not match" their records or something to that effect.  However - those dates are clearly stamped in my passport.  Oh well, now doing 90 day reports in person.

Yes, got the same message last week, and my dates were correct. 2nd time my application's been rejected for no real reason. So had to do it in person again.

Asked the IO at Immigration "Why?" but that goes nowhere.

😕 "Can you find out why?"

I put a note asking why among my papers, and it was immediately handed back to me w/o comment.

 

Next time I'll type the note at the top of the application form itself. I think whoever's approving needs to know I'm asking, anyway.

Yeah - I wrote a note in Thai and put it on the top of the 90 day report paperwork.  They just told me they didn't know why, in Thai, when they handed back the receipt.  Oh well.

For me it's not working after I come back from Outside Thailand. Then I have to do in 1 time in person or by mail. Except of that problem, , it was always working for me
