In a country like Thailand? Are you surprised? They mostly have a very primitive behavior. Just take sitting at the floor eating as one example. -

Must Read Its Happening - Law to Tax Overseas Income Now in Progress
If they plan on coming after foreigners, then they going to have to rewrite their current tax forms to include exemptions for exempted income listed under under each foreign country's Dual Tax Agreements. I've looked at the tax form and see no such category. -

Starlink Complies with Brazil's Court Order to Block X After Initial Defiance
Yes. I could come up with a dozen. One that comes to mind, is anytime the government interferes and shuts down hate speech, or foreign interference in an election, it is always beneficial to the public. -

Western Union vs Wise. WU now better?
I’ve been looking into transferring $5,000 from my US bank to my SCB account, and after comparing options over the last 5 days, I’ve noticed that Western Union (WU) is actually beating Wise. Traditionally, WU had a reputation for poor rates and high fees, but it seems competition from other platforms might be changing that. As of today if I send $5,000: • WU is offering 168,720.50 THB, with funds arriving in my SCB account in 0-4 business days. • Wise is offering 167,039.35 THB, with funds arriving in just 18 minutes. In my experience, WU delivers funds relatively quickly during business days. For an extra 1,681 baht, I can wait a couple of days for the funds. Is this a one-off, or has WU genuinely improved its service? -

Cnn just exposed harris
Yeah, Harris is afraid she would not get the debate questions ahead of time if it were Fox. Oh, and they might not have liars like Candy Crowley to "fact-check" in real time... -

He loves the illiterate rubes giving him money. Because he is a liar, thief and sexual predator. Convicted of election fraud.- 1

Trump's Proposed Mortgage Ban for Undocumented Immigrants Sparks Debate
Corporations have demanded illegal immigrants for decades now. They need the labor, and the system does not allow enough legal immigrant labor. Without illegal immigrants, the US economy would shut down over night. Pretending otherwise, is just disingenuous and a political meme. This discourse has been dumbed down, and weaponized by the right. Americans generally agree that immigrants – whether undocumented or living legally in the country – mostly do not work in jobs that U.S. citizens want, with a majority saying so across racial and ethnic groups and among both political parties. This is particularly true when it comes to undocumented immigrants. About three-quarters of adults (77%) say undocumented immigrants mostly fill jobs U.S. citizens do not want, while 21% say undocumented immigrants fill jobs U.S. citizens would like to have, according to a Pew Research Center survey conducted April 29 to May 5. Differences also exist by educational attainment. Large shares of U.S. adults with a postgraduate degree (88%) and those with a bachelor’s degree (84%) say undocumented immigrants mostly fill jobs U.S. citizens do not want, compared with 78% of those with some college experience and 69% of those with a high school diploma or less. https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2020/06/10/a-majority-of-americans-say-immigrants-mostly-fill-jobs-u-s-citizens-do-not-want/ -
