This spring talked to the guy with Starlink dish on the beach (koh Phi Phi)

He told me that connection is amazing and very stable

He need instant access to the Internet due to his occupation - I think he was some hardcore trader.

WiFi at resort was unacceptable even for WhatsApp

Does anybody here uses Starlink?
Is Starlink available in Thailand?
Any information on using Starlink in Thailand?

I’d use it if I could.  It looks as though you can be up and running in a few minutes.

Starlink is illegal in Thailand.  Only earlier this month the authorities seized 58 sets of Starlink equipment.   Basically, using any foreign satellite is prohibited.

Reads more like the equipment was sized due to intend use.

Yes, but it's the Bangkok Post, 19th June.  The title is "Fraud raid seizes 58 satellite devices".
