Have no idea what you're talking about now?

After the election?

Now it's clear that Biden will lose the election.

So he needs to step down before the convention.

I see, I thought perhaps Biden, even with his failings, might have a better chance than another one at this late stage.

You may remember I said for years that they wouldn't let Biden take part in this debate, I'm suspicious now, thinking they might want to let it be known he is frail and so he can retire with some dignity.  I genuinely feel sorry for him after watching that, and I also think Trump was easy on him.

Trump is having a rally in Virginia in a few hours. It sill be interesting to hear what her says and watch his over all demeanor. Biden is in the coffin and this aolearance could see Trump put the nails in it.

Trump is a champion. So much hate still standing and now leading.

Joe was at a Waffle House  saying he did well after the debate. The man has no intention of stepping down. This is quite funny. He doesn't seem to have an oath to victory but he won't back down. There are a bunch of people out there now wishing they hadn't let grandpa have the remote.

Biden was tasked with 2 things. Beat trump and get America back on track. He succeeded in both. Now it's time for him to leave, he's not up to it anymore.

Back on track? Inflation is double, full time jobs fell 2.4m, border chaos.

What is this track?

Well now thats its clear Trump will be our next President, are there any non Trump voters or folks whose minds have been changed who want to discuss policy? I know the rabid rascist Trump deranged spittlespewers are still flopping around in paroxysms of epileptic insane rage, but there are a ton of policy issues to discuss and resolve.

You don't get it still. Most democrats had concerns about Biden and aren't invested in him as leader. Today was best either as him nailing Trump or him crashing and burning badly so a new leader can be picked. The latter happened. It's like pulling off a band aid  - better fast than slow - decision to replace him is now easy rather than watching a continuing slow decline when the decision to replace is  too late.

Trump is still Trump  - popular with a certain base but so full of lies and bluster and childish nonsense for those that can see -  he even went with the aborting  babies after birth line today - a new younger faster opponent should do the job that Biden can no longer do i.e. efficiently showing those on the fence how full of it he is.

Here is the truth about key points in the debate....and it shows trump as his usual lying self!!

Joe Biden v Donald Trump debate: Some of the false claims made during Biden and Trump’s first debate……

President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump traded barbs and a variety of false and misleading information as they faced off in their first debate of the 2024 election.

Trump falsely represented the January 6 attack on the US Capitol as a relatively small number of people who were ushered in by police and misrepresented the strength of the economy during his administration.

See more in this report and it shows trump lying repeatedly……..but then it is in his nature!!

No service member died during my administration.-Joe Biden

The best lie is: "Im fit to be President".

Banging porn stars sure pales in comparison to that one huh?

PS: Anytime you want to argue Januuary 6, Im here for you.

They shouldn't be allowed to change candidates now. After all there is nothing wrong with Joe. They went out of their way to avoid a primary or any scrutiny earlier in the campaign. For them to have tried to shoehorn him in like that only to change candidates would show that the voters really don't matter to them.

Good point, I don't trust them, I feel they have something up their sleeve.

Its all about power and money, always has been. Tammany Hall. Cook County. The Outfit. Politics is a stream of money to wet their beaks with. Look how Barack, Joe, Bill and Hillary all got rich.

Any American who doesnt understand how Democratic machine politics works knows nothing of US history or is a non American.

Trump will now pee on his own parade by gloating, whereas were he to simply let Biden and the Democrats stew, they would completely collapse.

they have already collapsed.  trump will not pee on his own parade rather the opposite i think. he played last night perfectly. he let biden ramble himself into oblivion. he didn't loose his cool or resort to a lot of name calling and cheap shots like last time.

so moving forward he will use that and build on it to completely crush anything that is left in biden.

disclaimer ...i am still not a trump supporter.

Inflation - mainly caused by covid spending and hard to reign in. Been away from economic news for a month but through this last year seen even Fox news reports where they reluctantly had to admit the combination of growing economy, jobs, and decreasing inflation is impressive. I don't even really give credit to politicians - it's more about providing a stable political and economic environment and getting out of the way.

That doesn't make it easier for someone dealing with inflation who doesn't benefit from shares or property who has to buy the essentials- but it's hard in my opinion not to see that America has handled it pretty well in comparison to the world.

But Trump is to my knowledge still recommending a 10 per cent tariff on imports - mentioned today - terrible for inflation - and some close to him about blunting the Reserve bank independence on increasing interest rates to handle inflation - said it before but see what that did to Turkiye.
