Must Read Its Happening - Law to Tax Overseas Income Now in Progress
I haven't paid any Thai income tax ever and really don't plan on it due to DTA and LTR but being TIT, who knows if the current scheme will continue once all the problems start with the Tha Revenue Dept come 2025 and tax form times for remittances nor if the other even more popular scheme could even pass the parliament if they even floor the bill. Now is not the time to panic as some folks seem to be doing and in probably most cases none of this will really affect most of the expats. Unless the revenue dept does change the current laws on obtaining a tax ID and filing with no assessable income then I foresee nothing to do at all for me as I have to file my US taxes which I do along with the FBAR both done in January every year. No complaints from me there nor here really as I still just love life in Thailand. -

This also happened, but it was also inflicted on Germans, for example the "useless eaters" in prisons and such were also given reduced rations, and they were Germans. But yes, clearly Soviet POWs were deliberately not given the same rations as German soldiers or civilians. Looking at Generalplan Ost it very much seems like a plan on how to restructure settlements AFTER Germany has won the war, so it is not surprising it was not fully implemented. Was it implemented to a partial degree, sure, but can you provide the documented evidence on how that implementation was a direct causation of Generalplan Ost? Very unlikely, since this plan was highly confidential and only known to a handful of people in the upper hierarchy of Germany. -

Just read it again please. I wrote: Injuring, OR killing.... OR means, one or the other, And so in this case it is: Injuring only, which implies that no one died. So that is what I wrote, in this instance, "no one died". And that in many OTHER INSTANCES, people do die, but NOT in this instance. One OR the other happen many times... -
