Voters in the primary cast ballots for delegates to the convention who were pledged to Biden but who are now 'unbound'by Biden withdrawal

A legalism convenient for the elites. Harris hasn't received a single vote from the actual voters.

That will allow them to vote for another person at the DNC.

Oh, only at the DNC, heh heh.😁 NO primary and primary debate to vet candidates and allow voters to choose the best, which Kamala obviously isn't.

A very odd thing to say in a thread discussing President Biden’s televised speech.

But it it’s at least puts the all your other comments in this thread into their correct context, uninformed off topic nonsense.

Call that a speech?

He was barely able to read from a teleprompter.

Your comprehension of the matter is abysmal.

Actually a threat by the party dons to invoke the 25th Amendment and forcibly remove him. Hence he didn't mention the specific reason he suddenly changed his mind, adamant before. If he was the best then, why not now? If he's doing such a great job now, why not continue?

You have a credible link to this threat of the 25th Amendment?

IMO in places he didn't. He's so far gone one wonders how they are going to pretend he's capable of being POTUS till January?

At what point do the interests of the country trump the desires of a confused old man to be important? Lets have Harris show us what a Harris presidency will look like, or is that why they have to prop Biden up for a few more months, as they know if she does take over it'll be a Trump landslide?

Meanwhile you confirming you hadn’t watched a speech you were engaged in discussing is a matter of record in the thread.

Oh dear, Chomps is doing her best lawyer impersonation.

"A matter of record in this thread" 😃.

I think you might be taking this all a bit too seriously 😙.

Highly credible insider placed highly in the admin. Didn't dare reveal his name for obvious reason. But the fake news relies on anonymous sources all the time, and you love it when they do.

That’ll be a no then.

It's certainly not very democractic to have someone in his condition pretending to run the country. It makes you wonder who is.

Exactly. It would be a perfect opportunity for her to showcase her skills, if she had any.

Actually I take that back, I'm sure she has skills. Willie Brown would attest to that. But not the type required for President.

More snide innuendo.

You’re on a roll

Opinions differ.

Only the most brainwashed wouldn't believe his eyes and ears:

It's like that dialog in 1984:

How many fingers am l holding up?

Four.

And if the Party says there are not four,
but five, then how many?

Five.

Merely means you like the Dem machine, 'cause it's them. Typical liberal assertions of unquestioned superiority won't get you anywhere. Meanwhile, Harris is even worse than Biden.

I meant no disrespect to you. What I am saying given the history of primaries for Presidential candidate, your knowledge is shallow. There were no primaries prior to 1972. Then it was brokered conventions before 1972. Will that mean that US weren't a democracy until 1972 ? Most other developed countries do not have primaries. Are they undemocratic? This is just Rep talking point that has little merit.

That she had an affair with the married Big Willie Brown who later admitted helping her get political positions is a matter of fact.

Willie was asked about kharris becoming POTUS,Its Historic .

Asked about the convention ,

Its not a open process!

An interesting watch. So basically they will drop all their Democratic principles and processes if they think Harris can beat Trump.

Just as I thought.

Doesn't bother me. Harris can beat Trump all I matter. Is there a quivering in your post that Harris will beat Trump.
