And where did you get this tidbit?  It is NOT TRUE... I spent part of my youth in the military as a gunners mate and am very familiar with this type of round... there is no certainty in what you say as there is no certainty in the mitigating factors surrounding the shooting.  So quit making things up and cite your sources.
