Where Can I Sell My Rolex in Bangkok?
I sold my Rolex at Conrad Time, and it was the best decision! They offered a very fair price and the whole process was smooth and quick. The staff is highly experienced, and I felt confident in their service. Highly recommend them if you're looking to sell your luxury watch without any hassle. -

Splitting my time between Thailand & my originating country....
I see couple of easy options. Since you live in KK ...that is relatively shortish run to Nong Khai for border bounce. With visa exempt currently providing 60 day stamp + is extendable by 30 days .... You could simply fly into Thailand visa exempt and later do one border bounce = 60+30+60+30 (6 months) If at some point in future visa exempt reverts back to 30 days you could consider METV. Since border bounce not a big hike from KK.... you could even skip doing extensions and just bounce twice = 60 + 60 + 60 Wash and repeat following year. -

Trump Pledges to Restore Free Speech, Labels 'Fake News' a Threat to the Nation
Posts using derogatory and toxic nicknames or intentional misspelling of people’s names will be removed. If you don’t want your post to be removed, spell people’s names correctly, this applies to both sides of the political debate. -

I'm cheating on my wife and I can't help it.
Don't you worry yourself about that . If you don't like any poster, you can just block them Wrong perspective - Its more out of interest and curiosity than anything else. I've only got a couple of grade A1idiots on block because they have no redeeming characteristics in any of their posts... Meanwhile there are plenty of other posts with whom we can debate against in one thread and agree in another without carrying over personal vendetta, though the criticism of comments may feel such sometimes. I don't like blocking people as its interesting to read the view points of others, even when I completely disagree and I don't mind the debate and disagreement. In this case, we're in the pub and the topics are more entertaining than to be taken seriously. The entreatment for me here is whether this is Bob or not - just harmless fun if it is, its also harmless fun its a genuine newbie with similar characteristics and impeccable timing !!! -

Trump Pledges to Restore Free Speech, Labels 'Fake News' a Threat to the Nation
Of course, for Trump, fake news means acknowledging that the 2020 election was not rigged by massive fraud! 😀 -

Tried that I could only find English but not Thai. https://www.rd.go.th/english/21973.html. Clicking on the Thai icon does not give the DTA page in Thai. Nor does the Thai RD page list DTA. -

What was your job (profession) when you moved to Thailand
In some ways, Thailand resembles a giant casino, one where the house almost always wins. People all over the world earn their money only to come later to Thailand and lose it all here. -

Trump threatens to prosecute those he claimed ‘cheated’ in election if he wins in November
What's not surprising that you don't see that rudi49jr's point was that the 2 are mutually exclusive. You can't confess on the one hand that you really lost the election and on the other complain that you lost due to fraud. Well, I guess you can if you're Trump. It doesn't make sense, but when has that ever stopped him? -

Baht becoming ridiculously strong
Actually the Euro and pound have strengthened against the dollar even though the interest rates will fall in the Eurozone, probably in tandem with the dollar, and yet both currencies have weakened somewhat to the Baht. -

Frenchman arrested in Krabi for eight-year visa overstay
A Frenchman was arrested in Krabi after a visa overstay of eight years. The Frenchman, Didier, entered Thailand on February 19, 2016, with a tourist visa that expired on May 18, 2016. After the visa’s expiration, Didier continued to stay in Thailand, resulting in a total overstay of 3,032 days. Police were alerted on September 9 when Police Lieutenant General Itthipol Ittisarnronnachai, along with other senior officials, ordered an inspection of foreign workers to enforce the Immigration Act of 1979 and other relevant laws. The primary objective was to ensure public safety and maintain social order for both residents and tourists. Police Major General Songprod Sirisukha, along with his team, coordinated with the Krabi Immigration Office and local police to inspect accommodations and businesses employing foreigners. During these inspections, 65 year old Didier was found and questioned. Didier recounted that he initially arrived in Thailand on a tourist visa and entered through the Sadao Immigration checkpoint. He met a Thai woman and stayed with her in Bangkok. However, after their relationship ended, Didier found himself without employment or income. In search of a friend, he travelled from Bangkok to Krabi. Upon verification, Didier’s visa overstay was confirmed, he had remained in the country far beyond his permitted stay. The officials charged him with overstaying his visa and promptly transferred him to the Krabi City Police Station for further legal proceedings, reported KhaoSod. The operation was part of a broader initiative led by senior immigration officers, aimed at cracking down on illegal foreign workers and ensuring compliance with Thai law. The enforcement efforts are in line with the Royal Ordinance on the Management of Foreign Workers of 2017 and the 1999 Act on Alien Business Operations. OK, and if a thai person wants to stay in my UK for over 180 days - say a 6 month visa - do the UK government get 15-25% of all money sent from thailand to the UK ? If that were so,the hi-sos will vote against it -

Trump threatens to prosecute those he claimed ‘cheated’ in election if he wins in November
Thanks for not providing links to any sources credible or otherwise. Even the JFK case, which is ancient history, takes no account of the shenanigans of the downstate Illinois Republican machine. And even if Kennedy had lost Illinois, the fact is that Kennedy had more than enough electoral votes to win the election anyway. https://archive.ph/O1xfX https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/monkey-cage/wp/2017/08/08/heres-a-voter-fraud-myth-richard-daley-stole-illinois-for-john-kennedy-in-the-1960-election/ -

Arrest of Pakistani Man Foils ISIS-Inspired Plot to Attack NYC Jewish Center on October 7th
Let’s parse it: Incorrect, the would be terrorist was in Canada, not America. Nothing was ‘imported to America’ Nothing was ‘onto the streets of NYC’. What would be even nicer would be you providing evidence of what you claim is my “attempt to try to pretend it has nothing to do with the Middle East” Let’s see you back that up with something I have said. Give it you best go.
