No it is not, the traditional phrase is "Taking the mickey", or the corrupted, pretentious version, "Extracting the Michael".  There is no such word as "michael" (uncapitalised), except as a proper name which is written as "Michael", with a capital letter!

Japanese male porn stars are quite popular with female audiences and they do consider them good looking. Also Japanese are cheap and porn actors get paid next to nothing, hence not a huge demand. Asian "talent" would certainly be only used as an extra on bukkake set. 

 

Black actors in Japan are actually in demand. It's a fetish.

Anybody with some cash, a couple good cell phones and $100 worth of lighting equipment bought on Lazada could start making their own. But be sure and not get caught making porn here in country. Thailand strictly forbids production of porn, although a lot of guys do it some get busted and go off the the Bangkok Hilton.

 

As far as career moves goes. I think it is probably night an ideal choice 🤪 🤪... most porn producers don't do well these days. There are boat loads of amateur producers and tons of webcam recording footage out there.
