Thai man condemned for using free cafe WiFi to watch porn - video
What is the problem? A bar is free an if they give free internet it is up to them. That the man did not spend anything should be told by the man in charge that consumptions are obliged or leave. But he did not do that. Policy should be changed, but you can't control what people ae doing on their cellphone -

Must Read Its Happening - Law to Tax Overseas Income Now in Progress
There have been several reports over many months of home country tax advisors, especially in Oz, giving an incorrect interpretation of basic rules that were otherwise agreed and understood . -

Can you defend yourself?
Thats called gaslighting and is a common but wholly unintelligent technique commonly used in forums by those lacking an intelligent base from which to enter the fray of decent debate... ... Try harder. -

A question on sibling responsibilities'
If Bro cant pay sister will.....A friend of mine bailed out her drunk brother who crashed into a parked police car, she borrowed the 150,000 bail money and she was paying to off for several years as the case kept getting delayed, I asked her why she didnt let him rot in jail well in a more polite way she then says he has wife and kids, this is an adult pissed as a parrot behind the wheel and takes out a police car and sister foots the bill....Family bond is strong here. -

Do You Believe: Next year, and the next, will be HOTTER than 2024?
The smoke problem will never go away. People burn things all over Thailand and nothing much is ever done. Northern Thailand is the worst. Being a prisoner of your house is no fun . There are many other places to live where you'll be more comfortable and not have to hide from the outside world. If it wasn't so cold so long, and I didn't have family in Texas, I'd move to Canada. -

Pickup Spins Out of Control After Being Honked at by Motorcycle, Crashes in Drainage Ditch
But this one is not really a T junction as such, Tungklom Talman road goes all the way from Sukhumvit to Huay Yai road, Just because the road has a 90 degree right turn some people mistake it as a junction, the small road joining from the left has a clear solid white line to stop at, but because it joins Tungklom Talman road at the 90 Deg bend many people mistakenly believe it is a T junction. It has been like that for years and there has been many accidents there. -

Must Read Its Happening - Law to Tax Overseas Income Now in Progress
yes he is but he's also answering most of the questions we have with regards to the various DTA's, e.g. I was advised by my tax accountant in Oz that my aussie aged pension was assessable and subject to taxation here in Thailand. As a result of viewing this video I now know that the advice received from my aussie tax accountant was wrong as Govt pensions from our home countries are assessable in Thailand but they are NOT taxable in Thailand, only private pensions are, and that seems to be the case with the DTA's mentioned in the video, viz USA, UK, Canada.. Australia & New Zealand. Of course there are differences with regards to private pensions, capital gains etc between the various DTA's and some workarounds are also mentioned in the video. At the very least this video has provided far more accurate information than any other video or post that i've seen to date. -

Pickup Spins Out of Control After Being Honked at by Motorcycle, Crashes in Drainage Ditch
Hey LennyW, it all makes sense now. The bike thought he had right of way because of him going straight ahead. Little do Thai folks realise that the very small funny shaped red sign with English word of STOP means anything ( due to the solid white line across his side). I see same situation many times in Thailand. Driver thinking he had right of way and legally had, was pissed that he was honked for no reason and then once hormones, rage ,whatever took over, the end result was a certainty.- 1

Omg, you have some serious problems, get some professional help. I haven't got time to get into an argument with a person without occupation.
