Any one doing the OMAD diet ( One Meal a Day )
It worked for me, but OMAD made me feeling MAD after 2 days. My mood was not the best, obviously missing minerals and vitamins. So I ate an apple and drank home made thin soybean milk. In addition doing exercises. After I lost 8kg very fast I changed to intermittent fasting (17 hrs rule). And still on it since 1 year. -

Must Read Its Happening - Law to Tax Overseas Income Now in Progress
So, on the off chance someone is kind enough to respond.....will this plan work re: avoiding tax? 1. Stick my 400k baht in the bank and forget about....leave it to just sit there. 2. Bring money over as gifts to my wife's bank account and/or 3. Draw cash from the ATM. Any good? -

Best bank account for 800k which can be accessed even from Overseas
Hello, could you recommend to me a bank account, that pays decent interest and where I have access to my 800k even when I am overseas? On my current interest bearing accounts, I have to come in person and transfer the money to my savings, before I can transfer it out or use it to pay bills. But I don't want to do that. Thanks for your advice. -

Thai taxation of foreign share income - a couple of practical issues
I think it is a matter or interpretation between us, I read more or less what I stated. He will be taxed according the source country (receives credit for difference between (looking a locations) lower dividend and the Thai dividend of 10%. -

Global YouTuber IShowSpeed Crashes Tuk-Tuk into Temple Wall, During Livestream
This reminds me of that fellow idiot that was arrested in Japan and fines and deported. IMO Thailand should take the same approach and take a few million baht from the idiot and then deport and blacklist. -

Frenchman arrested in Krabi for eight-year visa overstay
I'm not on the dole, and I am anti illegal immigration. Off your white horse and fire up a couple of braincells! Illegal and legal immigration (especially in the uk) keeps wages low which benifits only the elite. However, it subjects the working class to risks which could have been avoided by tight borders. Immigration is one of Thailands strengths however sad, is seeing the odd expat down on their luck getting kicked out. The down side is all the red tape and money you need to stay. It is a bit ridiculous that a spouse with children who lives at the same address for over a decade has to be treated like a criminal every 90 days and then reapply every year, with zero security. -

Pattaya: Search For Culprit Who Muzzled 10 Dogs With Tape
So the incident was investigated and the dogs said not to be in danger and well cared for and in good health. She found a humane solution to care for the dogs while protecting people from potential danger at night (read article above). Win-win for all animals, dogs and humans. This type of thing only highlights that when local and national laws are non-existent, or certainly not enforced routinely, then locals will come up with their own solutions, some good, some bad, or somewhere in between. It's unfortunate that there is not a local or national solution so individuals would not need to make their own solutions.
