Lived at this land for 14  years had 4  visits from the Forestry dept in that time, same reason every time...............according to them theyve been notified that weve been cutting down trees  up the hill illegally.

Some local  village <deleted> keeps ringing them up and telling them this, incredibly theyve now been out for the 4th time in 14  years despite them saying previously we'd  cut nothing down and done nothing wrong.

8 of them turn up having driven all the way from Kuiburi to Pranburi.......... wasted their time again, wonder how many more times theyll be dumb enough to fall for whoever is  callin g them.

Told the Wife to make it known if we find out who it is  we'll go to court for ( insert any reason u like) told the forestry people why dont they call the person back whose done this an make them pay for the fuel and salaries of the 8 people who had to come out.............and Wife got them to give us a written report stating no problem and to make a note NEVER to come back.

Welcome to the world of the village idiot.

Dont bother posting often so dont expect any response

FBI at front gate Forestry Bull<deleted> Inc, aint their fault but they should go after the  caller and make em pay then theyd probably be not so keen to spread BS

Are they some sort of specific tree that is protected? Otherwise why would cutting down normal trees on your own land be illegal?

up the hill sounds like not your land, if somebody's cutting trees in forestry department's land the sure can investigate, but the proof that the guy next door is the culprit is a bit thin, what does the caller have?

thai people (neighbors, relatives, etc.) often seem to be envious of anything and anyone,

no matter what you do or have. unfortunately, we foreigners experience this quite often too.

i hope you can rise above it, and that your anger passes quickly. good luck!
