ovenman
At 04:00 hours today (August 8th), the Meteorological Department of Thailand reported that a tropical depression made landfall in Vietnam last night. It was centered at Lat 18.0 °N, Long 104.0 °E in Nong Khai province of Thailand, with maximum sustained winds of 50 kilometers per hour. It is moving westwards slowly.
