Swift endorsement turns more voters from harris than it attracts…
Insulting Swifties makes you look petty and shallow. Read what Taylor said, everyone needs to choose their own candidate. Just because you disagree does not make her choice wrong. Telling everyone to decide for themselves is very not reprehensible. She just saw what many here see and that is that Harris is a better choice. You are free to make your choice when it is your turn to vote. -

5 year multiple entry DTV visa (Destination Thailand) from 2024-xx-xx
The only advantage I see, is freeing up your 800K. You are comparing costs for an agent-obtained retirement visa (90-days) + extension (year) using an agent, to a DTV w/o an agent. Also assumed, is that one needs the 3400 multiple re-entry permit. We do not yet know the agent-fees for either border-bounces or in-country extensions with the DTV. History indicated it is likely there will be the usual "hassle" or "agent-money" choice. Hopefully, one could simply border-bounce at known "safe" entry points, and avoid this - but it remains to be seen. Even then, border-runs cost money, which should be factored-in. Keep in mind, they can always find one isolated case of a DTV holder "behaving badly," amplify the story in "the news" - and then use that for a "crackdown" to force the flow of more agent-money, as has happened in the past. They haven't done that with retirees, because a torrent of agent-money is already flowing to them, via those. -

SIM/ESIM
When it comes to SIM vs. eSIM, it depends on your needs. If you’re like me and don’t want to deal with swapping physical SIM cards, eSIMs are fantastic. They're more convenient and often more secure since you don’t need to handle a tiny piece of plastic. Plus, it’s nice not to worry about losing or damaging your SIM card. On the other hand, if you switch phones frequently or travel a lot, having a physical SIM card might still be your thing. It’s simple, and you can easily swap it out. For info on getting an eSIM or a regular SIM, you might want to check out https://simsdirect.com.au/collections/europe. They have many options and information to help you decide what’s best. -

Swift endorsement turns more voters from harris than it attracts…
Have you read the lyrics of Ms Swift? I would urge you to do so. You will see that this is a woman obsessed with her own power trip in relationships, who actually writes very poor lyrics, on the level of a 14 year old. Before I take political advice from the likes of Ms Swift I would sooner ask Megan Thee Stallion to install my solar panel system. The problem with Swift voicing her support is that she knows that she has a number of fans who will drink toilet water if she says they should, so she is using her fans to accomplish HER political goals. How is this not reprehensible in the extreme? -

Tourism Minister Aims to Levy 300-Baht Fee for Visitors
I agree with you there. But that's a valid complaint about VAT, the upcoming income tax, and the existing taxes on flights. A lot of the money's going to feed corruption. TIT. What I don't believe is that an $8.50 increase in the cost of a $2,000 holiday is a deal killer for 99.+% of tourists. That's less than half a percent. Or that it can't be collected transparently without causing queues and inconvenience. Those are straw man arguments by people who just don't like tax increases. Who does like them? It'll just be another line on your airline ticket. They'd be better off to just implement it quietly, and I doubt that any would have even noticed the difference. -

If Ms Carroll told the truth, and her friends told the truth, about an incident that supposedly happened over 30 years ago. Even then though, on a very mild scale. I mean this was not Mazan. -

I don't get out that way often any more. Is the German Micro Brewery out by behind the Big C extra and Index Living Mall still open? I did fancy a decent fresh made beer now and then. Thanks in advance. -
