Residents Alarmed as Three Dangerous Dogs Escape, Attack Locals and Pets - Two Captured

It is a shame that dogs can attack and kill, but then the dog is allowed to live.

  Even dogs that only get known to bite people and be aggresive, should be put down

in my opinion.  I have seen owners make their pets aggressive to be used as guard deogts, 

then seem surprised when the dog attacks someone. Ignorance and stupidity are

closely related.

I remember about 2018 I was in the Jomtien area at a cafe called Antz 

 

There was a rich Thai lady in there just parked her Mercedes outside 

 

Her chihuahua dog was ket loose and it was underneath the table of a elderly farang and another farang 

The rich lady did nothing but watch as her dog bit one of the elderly men.

The other old guy was telling him"Don't do  anything,remain still ,let it bite you she could become angry " 

Mrs Thai botox face watched silently with her big sunglasses on 

 

Then the 2  man got up leg bleeding and left without saying a word to her 

Even after paying the bill nothing said
