He no doubt has an army of "diversity consultants" ready to scramble into action at a moments notice.  I'm sure Putin is scared stiff that he too may face the full force of the law   

We have little military might to direct at anybody these days and an army of  correctly  pronouned conscripts which will of course have to fulfill diversity and disablement quotas ( including LGBGT of course) is hardly going to worry anybody, although the fear of being bummed might put a few prospective aggressors off,

It would be hilarious if they paint same rainbow flags on the rockets to Russia.

He won’t start a wider war cos Putin and oligarch mates are driving top of the range British cars like Bentleys rollers and range rovers ,if they start trouble they won’t be able to get any spares to keep em running ,imagine your luxury car is no longer usable in Moscow!     Back to a wartburg or zill !  Horrors 
As it is they have to get spares via Georgia or neiboring countries if they can
