12 month net sim still working 2 years later
my 30-day AIS tourist SIM is still active 12 months later. I let it lapse after the first month. After 3 months back at home, I was able to put a few baht on it and it fired straight back up. Now I just make sure to keep an eye on it while I'm out of the country (home) and keep at least a few baht credit on it, until I'm in Thailand. No problem whatsoever. I think they keep the number reserved for at least 6 months, if you let the credit expire. -

I expect you're right - the packaging alone probably cost 5% of the total to design and produce... 😄 However, I don't have the ability to design and build something myself so the sound improvement is worth every penny to me as all these incremental gains add up. -

Yes, however soon after entry to Thailand with the non O giving 90 day stamp you would need to deposit 400k in Thai bank account in your name only to season for 2 months to apply for 12 months extension. Personally don't see the point.. -

What message and values would that be? Talk a big game and pretend to be a tough guy, but instead act like a thin-skinned crybaby every time someone (or you think someone) says something bad about you? Staging an insurrection because you can’t take your loss like a man? Saying “I hire only the best people”, and then firing them left and right? Going bankrupt five or six times and screwing tens of thousands of small businesses out of millions (billions?) of dollars? Not paying your bills? Lie and cheat every chance you get? Cheat on every one of your three wives? Having sex with a porn star while your wife is giving birth to your son? Treating women like objects and telling a reporter you should just grab them by the p*ssy? Make fun of a disabled reporter? I’m sure I could come up with a couple more doozies, but I think you catch my drift. Donald Trump is a miserable excuse for a man who should never be allowed anywhere near a position of power again. But what really worries me is how some 70 million Americans buy into this guy’s lies, that he is God’s gift to mankind, and America’s last and only chance to be rescued from those evil Dems. -

Sorry, I can be no help. My 200K in individual stocks is with Fidelity where I skim off a bit if wanted. The additional 400K is in my managed TIAA-CREF account. I pretty well have my 65K+ baht a month immigration income in balance ($1570 from US Social Security & retirement funds) without further monitoring.
