The rise of hard drugs in Thailand is unrelated to weed consumption and occured before weed was tolerated.

Young people switch directly from alcohol to chemical party drugs, in particular in Thailand.

On top of it, police forces would have enough to do by fighting against hard drugs, instead of losing their time with weed offenses!

  • I remember someone in Amsterdam telling me that one big reason cannabis is "tolerated," is that pot smokers rarely cause problems. IMO, no one belongs in jail for smoking weed.
