Because he says vile nasty things.

Ohh boo hoo  go cry in the corner.

Obviously …no names…but seems a lot of people don't quite understand what "free speech" is (supposed to be) are all for censorship, shadow banning deplatforming, debanking etc etc  when they don't agree with a certain view point  are quick to accuse persons like Trump for example of being a fundamental threat to democracy and call have him eliminated by any and all means...does he go cry in the corner or stand up for his right to speak ?

You must stand up for other persons right to speak their mind no matter how much you disagree with them  or else  the very concept of "free speech" is  gone  for everyone  not just those you disagree with on today's issue   gone for everyone on all issues !!

Alex Jones has not had his rights to free speech removed or in anyway diminished.

He’s still free to say whatever he wishes.

He now knows that if he lies he may face the consequences of the harm his lies cause to others.

There is no immunity from the consequences of one’s own choices and actions, including the choice to lie and the action of lying.

He's got a better case for actual damages than the Sandy Hook parents.

I was about to ask who are the dimwits that get sucked into this scam run by Jones but seems one has come forth and identified himself.

I wonder how they'll divide it into auction sized pieces, given the "info" part makes up just 0.05% and the "wars", or incitement thereof, part the remainder?

I also wonder who is going to pay for this garbage? Maybe the same people who will buy Trump's gold watches? 🤣

I doubt you have ever actully watched Alex Jones, just the legacy media defaming him....

he is saying everyone should and can download his material archive (video and radio shows) share it freely for all to see before it is stolen from him...no need to buy it, never has been a need to buy it...he sells other merchandise to to fund the operation...not selling his original material/news/opinions/prophesy..

yes Alex Jones has been right more than he has been wrong...like it or not.  Sandy Hook has been his kryptonite....30  years of revelations  he got that one wrong (admits it)and is being crucified for it.

Can't make this stuff up LOL

Gold and the New York Times report that the Onion ate InfoWars with backing from several families of victims of the Sandy Hook mass shooting who successfully sued Jones for nearly $1.5 billion in defamation damages.

Jones, who notoriously spread a conspiracy theory claiming their children's deaths had been faked, was forced to declare bankruptcy and liquidate assets.

Indeed ...seems there  were some "irregularities" with the "auction"

(let alone the show trial and billion +++ dollar payout ! )

Infowars  down for 1 day  now back up again.
