How to prevent others from selling my condo?
transferring in foreign name would be difficult because the person on the chanote would need to do the transfer. In company name it's much easier, I think it bypasses the land Office? Just the director changes. It's illegal anyway so only the thickest of the thick do that -

Updates and events in the War in Ukraine 2025
You are Ukrainian, right? If so, I think it's the other way around. YOU have to pay for it. Let me explain - for what exactly you have to pay. Open a world map and point to the borders of some independent country. This country has definitely given half the lives of its citizens in wars to defend its borders. Point to any other country - it's the same. Understand, there is no other way. If you bought a beer in a supermarket for 5 dollars, then you will have to pay 5 dollars no matter which way you leave the supermarket and no matter how you twist and turn on the way to the exit. Likewise, if you bought not beer in a supermarket but such a thing as an independent country - this product also has a standard price that everyone pays - you have to give up half the lives of your citizens in wars. Don't like the price? Put the product back on the shelf. Vladimir is waiting - welcome back to the USSR. -

Community Villagers Demand Action After Foreigner’s Pit Bulls Maul Dog to Death
looking back on my decade in LOS, attacked a few times. no blood, but still got rabies shots just to be safe. it's scary sometimes, since I knew if I died my estate will get 500 baht. I've seen Thais use slingshots, rocks, sticks (I'm a stick fan), etc.....there are just so many dogs on the street. great for protection, fine, but keep them locked up and behind a gate. even on a leash I've had dogs jump on me.....yea, of course, the owner is to blame...and that's who's paying the 500 baht. no fines, no punishment, no problem. fine, start with the farang. jail, 1 million baht fine, etc.... only in old city Chiang Mai do I NOT remember having a problem with dogs. I've been everywhere. maybe I just forget...old mind. lol.
